A longtime Atlanta resident, Beverly has seen the city grow into the successful Megacenter of the South that it is today. Beverly has been through Atlanta’s best and worst real estate years, and to say that things have changed is an understatement! Because of her history living in Atlanta, Beverly has a keen understanding of Atlanta’s growth patterns and fluctuations in home values. While Beverly’s main focus is the Intown market and 400 corridor, she confidently works in all areas of metro Atlanta.
In 2002, with two children in college and another one old enough to drive, Beverly felt that the timing was perfect to get into real estate. After a combined 20 years in Roswell, South Forsyth, and Houston, Texas, she and her husband moved to Virginia Highland. They enjoy city living as empty nesters along with their yellow lab, Brogan. Their location on the Atlanta Beltline’s Eastside Trail allow her to see and experience the transformation the city is experiencing first hand.
Beverly understands that the home sales process is intensely personal. She often begins the dialogue with her clients sometimes up to two years in advance of listing or buying. For her sellers, she carefully considers just the right updates and staging to maximize the sales price and get it sold quickly and at the top of the market. Many of her clients are in the same situation in which she and her husband found themselves--selling the big house in the burbs and downsizing.
For buyers, she can carefully explain how certain characteristics of a potential home could adversely affect resale value. She listens to and understands her buyers’ wants and needs and consistently works with them until they find their perfect home at a fair price. First time buyers can feel confident that Beverly will help them every step of the way.
Beverly’s primary focus is achieving her clients’ most important goals, and she also appreciates that the process of buying or selling a home is a major life event. She is an honest and hardworking ally for her clients. She has their best interests at heart at all times, understands the current market trends, and successfully navigates the entire process.
Beverly is proud to have achieved Chairman's Circle Gold in 2015, President’s Club in 2017, as well as 2016 and 2015, which puts her in the top 2% of agents in the country. Beverly received her ABJ – Bachelors in Advertising with a minor in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
Beverly and her husband Mac are devoted SEC football fans and especially love the (UGA) Bulldawgs and (Ole Miss) Rebels and are looking forward to becoming Atlanta United fans.
